Arcadia SGR announces the start of operations of its third private equity fund, Arcadia Sustainable Capital III. Despite the difficult market context, the strong track record of the team and the high profile of the investors involved enabled to make a first closing at Euro 80 million, equal to the total commitment of the previous fund. The target of the fund is Euro 120 million, with and hard cap at Euro 150 million. Almost all investors of the previous funds confirmed, and often increased, their commitment, included the European Investment Fund, institutional investors, HNWI and Family Offices. The management team, chaired by Guido Belli, and recently strenghtened by Luca Ravano, who joined as Managing Partner with Simone Arnaboldi, made a significant investment in the fund, at the same terms and conditions of the other investors.
